Fleswick is a new flagship building that will open up a new phase of development and will incorporate 12,000 sq.ft. of space for small and medium sized businesses. Environment features of Fleswick court include: the insulation has been designed well beyond present day regulations and standards, rainwater from the roof will be recycled through the toilet and sanitation system. Solar Panels are used to aid water heating. The building has been located on the site due to factors such as view, aspect and daylight. |

Office accomodation dating from 1820. Initially extensive stonework, roof and window repairs were carried out to the facade with the help of English Heritage through a town Grant Scheme.
This was followed by the construction of a new extension to the rear, including a new staircase together with significant upgrading of the existing accomodation including new lighting heating, sanitary accomodation, fire alarms, complete redecoration of floor coverings. A new entrance lobby was created to the front door and a new entrance and reception area formed at the rear in a former vaulted strongroom.
The project was completed in 1991 for a fee of £200,000
