Alterations and extensions to an existing house situated in a small village in the south of the lake district.
The owners required to provide an additional bedroom and study on the upper floor with a dining room extension to the kitchen.
The design opens up the interior of the house by linking the two levels by a double height space at one end of the new dining area. Externally, the extension matches in with the traditional materials of the existing Lakeland Cottage.
