Policies

Equal Opportunities Policy Statement.

Johnston and Wright will take all reasonable and practicable steps to ensure the widest possible response from all sections of the community to employment opportunities within the practice and that all potential applicants will receive equal encouragement to apply.

No job will receive less favourable treatment or will be placed at a disadvantage on grounds which are not job related [race, sex, disability, etc.].

All employees will be treated fairly and equally with respect to terms and conditions of service, allocation of work, promotion, transfer and training opportunities within the practice.

There will be progress toward a fair representation of women, disabled people and ethnic minorities throughout the workforce.

Appropriate arrangements will be made to regularly review and evaluate the practice's progress in achieving equal opportunities.
